This Belgian strong ale undergoes a second fermentation after bottling to add to its strength and carbonation level. Aromas of toasted grain, caramel and rye notes follow through to a creamy texture with flavours of malt, honey, and apricot. The finish has good length with a touch of bitter hops. Pair with sole meunière.
