Brewed by the monks of St. Joseph's Abbey, Spencer is the first certified Trappist beer made in the United States. This ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized preserving the natural aromas and flavours. Golden in colour followed by lovely fruity aromas; dry and full on the palate with a light hop bitterness that adds balance.
